If any returns are allowed in the future they must be new or  gentle used and within 30 days of purchase. EF monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns in all instances. Rewards of any kind attached to all products will be removed when the transaction is processed. All returns are subject to validation  and approval at EF’s discretion. We may ask you for a valid Driver’s License or Government ID to verify  your identity.
